History: Matilda was born with her father's beautiful face. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Melissa's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mercenary.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it
