History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her arcane abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Personality: Cecily is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. The war was a terrible time for her, and Cecily does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: The child of a Stylist, who enjoyed hunting, Cecily was taken on many hunting expeditions. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Cecily was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
