Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. After coming to the age of reason, Jocelyn took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born into a rich family. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He's also a talented Actor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His silver hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Peter grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Peter. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Born in the south to a Jeweler, Vicky learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 5 years.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and to be a carter again
