Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Egelina was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
