Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born in a small forest village. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Balimaar never married again.
