History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Oriel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Oriel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He struck the Barkeep job and began his own company from there.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He tends to his Roofer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
