He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Percival was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Percival never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Unemployed they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Gardener, and she later adopted a second daughter.
