History: Born to a Doctor, his father struggled to pay the bills. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gifted student he started as a Courier, but he got bored and became a Miner. He struck the Miner job and began his own company from there.
