Description: A stocky darker skinned woman, she wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). Her chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her eyes are a pleasant green.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Millicent was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Joan took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up sai and armor she uses now. She bought a sai and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
