History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

She wears a feathered hat to cover her moderate length silver hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Matilda is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born in the west. Her first spouse was a Performer, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Oriel lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. One day when Oriel was young, her father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly her father dropped to the ground dead. Her father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Oriel was heart-stricken from the event, and her mother started working long hours to provde for them. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Seamstress they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Bellfounder, and she later adopted a second daughter.
