She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. She tends to her Cook job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Description: He is a pot bellied southern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a brown coat. With bright white hair and a scraggly beard. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Jocelyn was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. She wears a small hat to cover her moderate length chestnut hair. Her eyes are likewise violet. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Avelina abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Avelina fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Randal wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He also has developed a complete distrust of the Detective profession.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His first spouse was a Detective, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mayor.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and to reunite with his absent father
