Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears a fine chain shirt which she covers with red colored cloaks and clothing, and a wedding ring on her right hand. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. She is baby faced.
Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Matilda has worked very hard to control her curse. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Matilda was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the orcs.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Born in the north to a Carter, Maynild learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. A gifted student she started as a Adventurer, but she got bored and became a Carter. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Carter for the past few years.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: She wears professional attire. Her skin is fair and her fingers are delicate and long. Her silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are hazel.
Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Avice alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Avice fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it; and revenge

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears a worn and beaten armor. Her silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge
