Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He tends to wear a large green jacket. He wears his auburn hair up. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting orcs, the young Roger began to lead the lost caravan. Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He worked as a nervous Miner and found it very stressful. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He got into the Miller business at a young age. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He struck the Miller job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Miller responsibilities is difficult; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
