History: Millicent was born the youngest of three triplets. She has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. She's also a talented Locksmith, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: He wears bulky white painted plate armor. He is portly but not overly obese. His long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born in the north. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Being a Mayor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His blonde hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes are likewise amber.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
