History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. Margery enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Margery fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
