Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing singing.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Being a Butcher kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Gifted from a young age, Vicky studied abroad. Her first spouse was a Shoemaker, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 13 years.
