History: Dean was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.
