Personality: She is happy with her job as a Carter. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Born in the east to a Carter, Hugolina learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 13 years.
