History: Patrick was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the west. In her 17th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She now mingles about in high society.

History: Eloise was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
