Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Rohesia embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and wants to raise her children well

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Interpreter arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and she is greedy

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. After a long history of fighting, Shane and his spouse have recently divorced.
