History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Bernard was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bernard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has never given up on his writing dream.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
