History: Ralf was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Ralf never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and balancing his hectic life and new herbalist responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and a deep hatred of gnolls
