Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Helen was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
