Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born in the east to a Fisher, Adelaide learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her childhood dream was to be a Painter, but she was a colossal failure. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Barber born in the past three hundred years. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She worked as a nervous Barber and found it very stressful. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized yellow coat. His red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Tim lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Glassblower, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and doesn't want to be a dilettante and was forced into it by his family
