It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Geva lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
