Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Cecily and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Expand her business; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. After a long history of fighting, Arnold and his spouse have recently divorced.
