Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
