Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: She got into the Ruler business at a young age. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it.

She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She became a Fortune-teller soon after.

Motivation: To be a Sailor again; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
