Description: An older man who wears pastel robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a sai, but if one is not available he will default to his trident, he is not a threatening figure. His brown hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving John alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bowyer for the past few years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new bowyer responsibilities is difficult
