History: She comes from a rich southern family. Her childhood dream was to be a Doctor, but she was a colossal failure. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. She wears her white hair up in a very large beehive style do. She has a dull look in her blue eyes.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: Juliana was born the youngest of three triplets. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
