Personality: She is fixated on the number 94. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Anne was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
