History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. Adelard is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born into a rich family. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Adelard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and balancing his hectic life and new shipwright responsibilities is difficult

His chestnut hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. The war was a terrible time for her, and Vicky does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
