When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Emmeline grew up listening to her father's many stories. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
