History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the north. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
