History: Born in the west to a Crown-heir, Joan learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Joan was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has worked as a Crown-heir like her father before her.

History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Hugolina embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Her parents were killed by giants in a raid when she was still a young child. The giants captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Hugolina was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud.
