History: Bernard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Butcher. He tends to his Butcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. Aline was born on a far northern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Junk Dealer. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She is obsessed with her god.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Eva was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
