History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Melissa was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
