Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Miles embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Miles is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He became a Sage soon after.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Maynild never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with green colored cloaks and clothing. His black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His gray eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Shane is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born to a Baker, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bricklayer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Shane and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and a rival would like him out of the picture
