He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Peter hails from a village terrorized by orcs. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Peter alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against orcs.
