Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Stableman they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Miner, and he later adopted a second son.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ahlyssa was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ralf grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying south to reunite his family. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
