History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is her passion; and balancing her hectic life and new mortician responsibilities is difficult

History: Rolf was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and wishes to resurrect an old love
