Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Don grew up listening to his father's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Painter arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Egelina was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Egelina's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
