Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

When his father died while fighting giants, the young Gerald began to lead the lost caravan. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
