Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Hunter mother left him crippled. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Avice enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: Galiena lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student she started as a Sage, but she got bored and became a Butcher. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Sage they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Butcher, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and further expansion of business
