Personality: She is a Mayor first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Mayor. She has worked as a Mayor like her father before her.
