He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty green coat over it, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He has styled his silver hair well, parting it to the right. His eyes are green and beady.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. Manfred is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When Manfred reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His auburn hair, when down, is lengthy. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He wants revenge against giants; and he is greedy

Description: He wears skinny pants and wears a brown and black robe with the hood down. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He has shaved his head bald. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Tim was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Knight, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.
