Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. The war was a terrible time for her, and Jane does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Emmeline was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She tends to her Apothecary job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. After coming to the age of reason, Williamina took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Beatrice embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: She was born into a rich family. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Shoemaker they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Ruler, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
