Description: He is wearing a long, black, dusty cloak, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'4" when asserting himself. His hair is golden, silky, and of moderate length. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. Arnold enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Arnold lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Slave Trader, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. She dresses in green turtlenecks beneath a white coat with tan slacks, marred by teas. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.
History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her first spouse was a Mason, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.
Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and wants her loneliness to end
