History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Cartwright born in the past three hundred years. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
