Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Gerald was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sculptor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has worked as a Sculptor like his father before him.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
